This is the third award for the first novel in the Debbie Bradley series of crime fiction. The previous two honors were from the 2020 American Fiction Awards. Crime Beat Girl was named the winner in the Mystery/Suspense: Hard-Boiled Crime category as well as the winner in the Mystery/Suspense: Multi-Cultural & Diversity category.
